It's listed and now pending in 11 days! Though the real estate market is cooling down, some properties still get lots of attention! And this was one of them. Fantastic brown shingle home in Alameda with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Though the house needs repairs and upgrades, there are huge potentials. Just Sold! - 736 47th St
Happy New Year!!!
I am pleased to announce this Oakland condo was just sold at $525,000! I listed this sweet home during the holiday seasons, received an offer in 7 days, and it's closed just in time for X'mas! (Sorry for a delayed announcement!)
The seller received funds before holidays and the buyer got a place to celebrate holidays in the new place. How cool is that?

アメリカ全域で不動産の動きが多少停滞しているというニュースを聞く今日この頃ですが、ベイエリア、イーストベイでもその傾向はみられます。が、全ての物件が売れにくいわけではなく、市場にあったマーケティング戦略で魅力のある物件はやはり、売れます。
