カリフォルニア不動産トレンド


When I sold my home in LA in 2007,  the house  was sold under the asking price.  When I bought a house in Oakland in 2008,  I bought it under the asking price.  Last year, all my listings got away higher offers than their asking price except one that was a condominium.  Also all my buyers needed to offer a lot more than the asking price. And the trend continues strong in 2014!
