Berkeley Real Estate Sales Report in Oct 2012


10月のバークレー市の不動産セールス報告です。

バークレー市では、63件の不動産が、10月に売却されました。コンドミニアムは一軒家に較べ、かなり、時間がかかっています。が、それは、3件程、例外的に時間がかかった物件があるからですね。

一軒家は、すごい人気です。リスト価格の10%上乗せした価格が、売り上げ価格平均になっています。また、多くの物件が、一週間以内に契約になっています。ホリデーシーズンに入りますが、どのように転回するのでしょうか? 今日現在で、契約済の物件が、120件、未契約の物件が108件になっています。
