So if your budget to purchase home is around $1M, this is what you can buy in the city of Oakland now.

1. 940 Glendome Circle Sold for $928,825 with 12 offers

 This Spanish charming 3bed/2bath/1399 sq ft home is located in Glenview. Hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace, updated kitchen and etc.,  It was listed for $659,000, and sold over 140% more.  It sounds like San Francisco, doesn't it?  Sigh....
