Berkeley Real Estate Market Report - May 2016

バークレーの不動産報告です。

今日現在バークレーのアクティブリスティングはなんと38!これは非常に少ないです。
契約済みの物件は71、5月に売却された物件が70。この調子でいくと、在庫なくなります。どうなっているのでしょうか? これは稀に見る、在庫の減少です。需要は高いですから、供給がこのように少なくなると、もちろん、価格が上がるでしょう。
