早くも10月。今年も後4ヶ月ですね。バークレー不動産はますます、人気を増しています。平均売却額を去年と比較してみますと、約$200K上昇です。 売却された物件は去年が49件、今年が、51件。あまり変化は見られていません。契約にたどり着くまでの日は28日から、19日に縮小です。
